Le retard de croissance intra-utérin (RCIU) est une entité complexe, mal définie, mal dépistée, source de lourdes complications post-natales. Ce livre propose un état des lieux des connaissances les plus récentes sur la prise en charge des grossesses uniques compliquées de RCIU.

Les auteurs de cet ouvrage ont tous été sollicités pour leur expertise.
