Plurale Gesellschaft und moralische Orientierung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit möchte sich zunächst mit den Gedanken des Thomas von Aquin beschäftigen, in dem der Frage nachgegangen wird, wie der Mensch sich mittels des Gewissens Orientierung verschaffen kann. ... Kann er überhaupt noch aufgrund der Pluralität gescheite Entscheidungen treffen? Was hilft dem Menschen in der heutigen Gesellschaft nicht verloren zu gehen? Was treibt den Menschen zum Handeln an und wonach bemisst er dieses? Im weiteren Verlauf dieser Arbeit möchte ich dann auf die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Naturrechts als Thema für eine mögliche Gewinnung von Normen für das menschliche Handeln eingehen. Kann man aus der Natur, oder aus dem Wesen des Menschen allgemeingültige Normen für menschliches Zusammenleben herausdestillieren? Wie kann man solch ein Vorgehen begründen. Man muss sich in diesem Zusammenhang fragen, ob ein stetiges Naturgesetz der heutigen modernen Gesellschaft gerecht werden kann. Das Thema Naturrecht und die mit ihm verwobenen Probleme seiner Fülle und Machbarkeit/Begründbarkeit werden im weiteren Verlauf thematisiert. Hat der Naturrechtsgedanke überhaupt noch eine Chance im heutigen Pluralismus? Kann sich ein Rückgriff auf das Naturrecht nicht vielleicht sogar als kontraproduktiv für den Menschen auswirken? Was ist möglich? In der weiteren Abhandlung frage ich mich, ob es eine feministische Ethik geben kann. Wir beschäftigen uns hierbei mit empirischen Studien, Vorurteilen und Traditionen. Das Thema wirft in der Tat die Frage auf, ob nicht Männer und Frauen ein je verschiedenes Denken an den Tag legen. Was kann für beide Geschlechter typisch sein? Stimmt es, dass sich die heutige Moral ausschließlich durch männliche Denker etabliert hat? Dem will ich hier unter anderem näher nachgehen. Als letzten Punkt dieser Arbeit beschäftige ich mich mit den Gedanken A. Auer´s und F. Böckle´s. Es soll hier geklärt werden, wie beide Autonomie und Theonomie vereinen. Dabei gehe ich der Frage nach, was der christliche Glaube zur sittlichen Verwirklichung menschlicher Existenz beitragen kann. Im Weiteren werden die Begriffe Wirklichkeit, Sittlichkeit, Vernunft, Gesolltes, Rationalität und Sein abgehandelt. Auch hier begegnet uns wieder das Naturrecht. Eine Kritik soll zum Verständnis beider Autoren beitragen. Ein Fazit soll diese Arbeit schlussendlich abrunden, und nochmals in Bezug zum Pluralismus prägnante Punkte zu Gehör bringen.
